Dry Brush Manifestation & Light Body Activation

About two weeks ago I began a holy habit that has altered both my physical health and level of consciousness in quantum unexpected ways. Perhaps I expected it because that’s how the game works.

We do not get what we want or what we even believe - we get what we have decided and what we have coded into our nervous systems as safe.

Holy habits, by the way, is my coined term for divine discipline and quiet moments of deep fusion with spirit no one sees. The crucial moments of self love, self respect and self trust. The moments most people ghost themselves and ghost God all in one fell swoop - we lean into unconditional fusion through holy habits.

It started way before the dry brush arrived at my door in the package on the stoop. I was getting synchronicities and messages repeatedly telling me to do it. It seemed like every podcast, ad, even random words I heard strangers say in the background - all signs said dry brushing.

You know that feeling when Creator is whacking you over the head with something? Like….it could NOT be more clear? And yet so many of us still pull another oracle card “just to check”.

Full disclosure, many days I do ask Creator literally to smack me with the truth. My human mind can lie to me. When the divine is given permission to intervene with striking clarity, it’s amazing how searing, quick and clear it arrives. Sometimes within seconds.

So, step one - I ordered the dry brush. Didn’t think much of it. When spirit speaks, I obey. I knew there was some kind of energetic upgrade in it for me.

The day the package arrived I was guided to an Angel Playlist on Spotify. I had a flash through my third eye of my angel wings sprouting between my shoulder blades as I listened and dry brushed - so that’s what I did.

Not fully realizing what I was doing, honestly it felt like my hands were being moved for me, I began the sacred practice. Starting at the bottom of my feet - these very cool things that combine me with Mother Earth. Wild.

Before I knew it I was singing along with the Angels in affirmations as I brushed my body:

“I release the past and activate the future.”

“I love you body”

“I trust you body”

“I return to my light body”

“This body feeds my babies”

“The more I worship myself, the more he worships me.”

“The more I love myself, the more money I make.”

“I activate my billionaire avatar.”

“I elevate my frequency and everything is delivered to me.”

“My energy is expensive and exclusive.”

“I release the past and activate the future.”

“I love you body”

“I trust you body”

“I return to my light body”

Over and over and over the ostinato danced through my lips as I brushed all dead skin off my vessel and revealed new possibilities in the cells of my being.

What had started as a simple new experiment revealed an ancient manifestation portal, formula and spell - the seismic and speedy miracles since doing this daily.

This is the power of obedience to the force of life. When life speaks to you, answer. I didn’t know why I was getting the dry brush, I just knew I was getting it because that was the message. Knowing why or how is what slows down all magic in everyone’s lives.

Creator sent it and Creator knows all.

Creator is the authority.

Creator first and forever.

There’s something really important going on in 2026 with the return to the light body. Yes, most people would really benefit from losing physical weight on their bodies (the physical manifestation of shame and fracture with Creator) - that’s not the light body.

The light body is the energy field of your physical body and your aura. This is your vortex of manifestation. This is your angelic coding and connection to the quantum. The reason so many people struggle with manifestation is they are completely disassociated from their bodies.

What dry brushing requires is daily physical connection, cleansing and worship of every cell on your body. Yes, even those with cellulite, a wrinkle or “a little extra”. If you don’t know your body intimately and communicate with it daily - you automatically don’t have any access to your intuition. Let alone, the precision mastery of using your body as a portal to manifest.

While I’ve been facilitating my modality Cosmic Cellular Breathwork for 5 years now, I am still delighted and surprised by what life has to offer us when we keep a beginner’s mind. Instead of the full throttle nervous system reset which I already do daily in the breath - Creator sent me a sweet angelic daily portal to deepen into further right relationship with my body. Physical body. Light body. The body of all and a new path to transcend to new destinies with ease.

I have sprinkled in specific commandments (not mantras) while I dry brush and seen lightning speed results. I’m pulling things into my reality out of the fertile void in ways like never before.

It’s a game. It’s magic. It’s our natural state.
